BlockTrain allows you to build your own workout composed of existing exercises or ones you can create.

Currently the app supports three different workout types: EMOM, For Time, Tabata. Each type has a custom play screen.

EMOM
EMOM (which stands for every minute on the minute) is a type of interval workout where you perform a specific task at the start of every minute for a set amount of time. When playing this type of training the app shows you the current exercise and a countdown for that minute.

For Time
Simplest one, it just shows you a countdown and list of exercises. When finished the app saves your time, which allows for comparisons with previous attempts.

Tabata
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last for 20s followed by 10s of rest.
